Golden Greaux is not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal service issues, or other factors beyond our control. Once your package leaves our facility, ownership transfers to the shipping carrier.

To ensure fairness and product integrity, any refund or cancellation approved by management will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Customers may enroll in our loyalty program, The Golden Circle Rewards Club, to earn GreauxGirlPoints through eligible purchases and engagement.

GreauxGirlPoints hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire if not used within 12 months. Golden Greaux reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without notice.
